To keep things fair, we work on a first come first served basis and currently our specialist technicians are working to a production time of 7-14 days due to extremely high demand. We are constantly strategizing to reduce this lead time but ultimately we will never compromise on quality by rushing. Our sole focus is customer satisfaction and we will always keep you informed throughout.
Shipping times refer to time in transit after our specialist team of technicians bring your sign to life. Once they carefully pack up your sign and dispatch it, you will receive a tracking number.

Returns
All of our signs are intricately hand crafted to the highest quality making each one significantly unique!
Customer satisfaction is our sole focus and so in the unlikely event there is a material or workmanship issue, we offer a 12 month guarantee on all products. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect usage or poor installation. If your sign stops working within this time frame, we will replace it for free!
If your neon sign arrives faulty or broken we can replace it for free if it is reported within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us at Help@Lumneon.com
We are only able to accept returns/refunds on faulty items. As the production process starts as soon as an order is placed, with signs being created by hand, all sales are final once placed on site. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns due to change of mind.
Import Duties
Depending on the country you are shipping to, you may be required to pay an import duty to the custom officials in that jurisdiction once delivery takes place. This depends on which country you are ordering from and also how big / heavy the sign is.
A lot of orders will carry no fee, however please note, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay import fees and they are not covered by Lumneon as it is not something we can control.
